The Spark That Ignited Change

Founded in 2018, the Ellah Project began with a simple observation: the digital divide was not just about access to hardware, but access to meaningful, relevant education. A small group of technologists and educators recognized that brilliant minds were being left behind simply due to geographical and socioeconomic barriers.

We started by running weekend coding camps in community centers, relying on donated laptops and volunteer mentors. What we witnessed was profound—when given the tools and the supportive environment, young people didn't just learn to code; they began architecting solutions for their own communities.

Today, our mission has scaled, but our core philosophy remains: technology is a powerful equalizer only when coupled with human-centric education and steadfast support.

"Innovation without equity is just advancement for the privileged. We strive for a future where digital fluency is universal."
